Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Controller for one of our clients based in Brighton.

As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.

This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.


Duties:


  • Manage the credit control function and oversee the collection of outstanding debts
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate actions
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers to facilitate debt recovery
  • Investigate and resolve any billing or invoicing discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address any creditrelated issues or concerns
  • Provide regular reports on debtors and cash flow to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of credit control principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
  • Excellent understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary:
£30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
