Description

We're Osome - an international fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to them. We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.

We're experiencing tremendous growth in both clients and team members. We have over 500 people in our global offices. We're looking for more bright minds who'd love to change the world by solving complex problems.

As a User Experience Researcher, you are part of a product team.

Your mission is to plan and conduct high-quality user research that provides valuable insights into user needs, problems, and behaviour patterns.

You will help shape emerging research questions and ensure that user needs are a priority in product and design decisions.

What you'll do:

Conduct research (both qualitative and quantitative) to help product teams make informed decisions about what needs to be built and how

Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that research insights are integrated into the design and product development process

Synthesize research findings into clear and actionable insights that can be used to guide product decisions

Guide the product team to leverage research wisely and with appropriate frameworks

Who you are:

Strong knowledge of UX research methods and techniques, including usability testing, heuristic evaluation, surveys, and interviews

Ability to plan and execute research projects from start to finish, including research design, recruitment, data collection, analysis, and reporting

Excellent data analysis skills, including the ability to identify patterns, themes, and insights from qualitative and quantitative data

Experience in planning and conducting workshops and brainstorming sessions

Good understanding of human-centred design principles, and various product development frameworks (i.e. Continuous Discovery, Double Diamond, Jobs to be done) and their limitations

Create research deliverables that are clear, well-organized, and easy to understand.

Our Benefits:

Osome grows alongside you, but we already have a few perks:
The opportunity to join a goal-driven startup with big ambitions

The chance to enter team & role impact, and to help shape and define the way we work
