Requirements:

Qualified Mental Health Practitioner with a SW, OT, or CPN qualification.
Experience in providing comprehensive mental health support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Compassion, empathy, and dedication to making a difference.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals mental health needs.
Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to each individual.
Provide therapeutic interventions and support to promote recovery.
Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
