The Role & What You Will Be Doing

The Regulatory Operations Systems Intern will be a member of the Global Regulatory Systems and Support Team, with the following responsibilities:

Providing support to various systems such as Document Management, SharePoint Online, Publishing Software, RIMS, PowerBi and Power Automate.
Supporting the Global labelling initiatives with a strong focus on system-based processes and analytics
Assisting with data validation, rectifying data discrepancies, and ensuring alignment across various systems.
Assist with global integration initiatives for various systems.
Building forms hosted within SharePoint Online with embedded workflows to solve business problems.
Building interactive PowerBi reports/dashboards, combining data from various sources.
Software Validation including UAT/PQ testing.
Assisting with creation and/or editing of training materials for various systems

About Your Skills & Experience- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Previous experience of databases and document management systems are an advantage- An interest in technology and how teams can maximize the adoption of Microsoft 365 within Regulatory
