The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The Regulatory Operations Systems Intern will be a member of the Global Regulatory Systems and Support Team, with the following responsibilities:
- Providing support to various systems such as Document Management, SharePoint Online, Publishing Software, RIMS, PowerBi and Power Automate.
- Supporting the Global labelling initiatives with a strong focus on system-based processes and analytics
- Assisting with data validation, rectifying data discrepancies, and ensuring alignment across various systems.
- Assist with global integration initiatives for various systems.
- Building forms hosted within SharePoint Online with embedded workflows to solve business problems.
- Building interactive PowerBi reports/dashboards, combining data from various sources.
- Software Validation including UAT/PQ testing.
- Assisting with creation and/or editing of training materials for various systems
