Responsibilities

  • Re-engage lapsed clients and explore new opportunities in the FM tech services and facilities management space
  • Learn how to manage the full sales life cycle: from prospecting and client meetings to bid writing and closing deals
  • Be a closer from Day 1
  • Use tools like Zoominfo to track market movements and identify opportunities - no cold calling
  • Be mentored by experienced Sales & Solutions Directors
  • Start on projects worth £100k-£500k, with the potential to grow into £1m+ deals

Qualifications

  • A curious, proactive mindset - you're excited to learn and not afraid to ask questions
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A balance of hunter mentality and the ability to build long-term relationships
