Sales Negotiator - Manchester - up to £25k basic + commissions

What you will be doing

Arranging & attending property viewings
Receiving feedback and taking initial offer
Obtaining valuations
Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
Applicant management
Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
New business generation & building local brand profile
Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
Nurture existing client and contact relationships

What you will have

Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator
Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly build rapport and longstanding relationships
Excellent IT and administration skills training on the inhouse agency system will be provided
Knowledge of the local area
Full UK Driving Licence

What's in it for you

Up to £25,000 basic salary

Extremely Generous Commission Structure with an achievable £30,000 OTE
Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:30
Saturday rota, working 1 in 2 with a lieu day given for working Saturday's or 1 in 3 with no lieu day provided
