Job Brief:
Plan, direct, or coordinate accounting, investing, banking, insurance, securities, and other financial activities of AHRO.
Reports to:
General Director
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the flow of cash and develop or analyse information to assess the current or future financial status of firms.
- Invoicing and
Accounts Receivable:
Generate and issue invoices to customers for services rendered; monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve billing discrepancies; Maintain customer payment records and update the accounting system accordingly.
- Expense Management: Verify expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets.
- Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare operational and risk reports for management analysis.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
- Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers or provide assistance with problems that employees or customers may encounter
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- A Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and experience in preparing financial statements.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, principles, and practices.
- You should be comfortable completing administrative tasks in an efficient and productive manner.
