About You

  • We are looking for team players that are enthusiastic and have experience or an understanding of caring and supporting those who may have dealt with challenges or may have emotional, behavioural, learning or physical needs.

The Role

  • You will be working alongside children and young people in a residential setting. We need people that can have fun, are motivated but also determined and resilient.
  • You will be given lots of training to therapeutically work with our young people and you will work as part of a dedicated, caring team to ensure we are giving the best support possible.
  • When you join us, you will be working to a rota which will be completed as shifts including long days and sleepins. Rotas are provided in advance, although some flexibility may be required.
  • The greatest strength of our service are our staff and the quality of care we provide across the board...
  • Our Short Break Service provides care to those between the ages of 0 18, who have been diagnosed with special educational needs or disabilities. In addition to domiciliary care within children's own homes._
