The successful Dream Team Member will ideally come from an SME background with a proven record in Events & Management.

You will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage a diverse team and improvement projects through drive, passion and determination.


Key Accountabilities


To lead the Event operators out in the field and be a point of contact for that day of events.

You will be managing the events group chat including stock movement, restocks, set up pictures, staff queries, equipment issues, van questions etc.

This may require answering the chat outside of your allocated hours.

  • Ensure all events are setup and aligned with the bakery
  • Waste Management: Driving minimum waste and ensuring we are maximising profitability
  • Ensure all staff returning to the bakery from events are following the correct process, i.e. equipment in correct place, doughnuts in pantry, building secured etc.
  • Manage on the day sickness for events staff and try to arrange cover where possible, there may be times when you need to step in to cover events if required
  • Communicate with the office team to ensure busy event days are running well and there are no issues
  • Manage all equipment and make sure equipment is being used appropriately and is adequate to be sent out on events
  • To prepare for the following days events, briefs, vehicles and staff
  • To be flexible with hours and shifts to be able to work in both practical and office based environments and support our retail stores
