About us
Penalty Services is a small business that is contracted by Train Operating Companies to consider appeals against penalty fares that have been issued on the National Rail Network.
We operate in the modern office complex at Deben Mill in Woodbridge.
Penalty Services Ltd is an appeals body, contracted by Train Operating Companies to consider appeals against penalty fares that have been issued on the National Rail Network.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage outgoing correspondence.
- To work accurately and efficiently with computerised systems
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- To work as part of a team to deliver an excellent service.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
We currently have a vacancy for a part-time opportunity and feel this would suit someone with office and computer experience who is looking to continue or return to their career.
A good level of familiarity with the Windows operating system and use of the internet and search tools is essential.
Full training in the computer systems used will be provided.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
