As the Programme Lead, you'll spearhead strategic change and integration programs, prioritising seamless mobilisation and future service delivery.
As the Programme Lead, your role involves managing stakeholders across Senior ISS management and other Programme Workstream Leads.
Working closely with the London Key Account Director, General Manager, and service line operational leads, you'll ensure effective collaboration and alignment of objectives.
Additionally, you'll represent ISS in key stakeholder meetings, meticulously managing operational, commercial, and reputational risks to ensure they are appropriately mitigated.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational input to the design stages to ensure there is suitable operational consideration in the design of future spaces
- Provide input to the planning and scheduling of the overarching Programme, e.g. conducting impact assessments for managing changes to the Programme timelines, ensuring key dependencies and challenges are identified
- Represent ISS in key stakeholder meetings, ensuring any exposure for ISS to operational, commercial, and reputational risks closely managed and suitably mitigated
- Implementation of the ISS governance framework
- Planning, creation and delivery of mobilisation plans by providing oversight and leadership for the timely roll out of service delivery and experiences in new spaces
- Mentor and guide workstreams and service lines to ensure services are set up in a coordinated approach. Moving away from a servicebyservice mobilisation
- Manage commercial activities to obtain approval for new and enhanced service requirements

- Experience in mobilisation/transformation role for a highprofile client
