Salary Details:
£24,000 - £25,000 Basic salary plus a VERY solid monthly bonus scheme based on the department earnings and a realistic earning potential of OTE £38,000+ depending on ability, experience and personal drive.


Position Hours:
Permanent, average 42 hours pw. Working 2 of 3 Saturdays and 2 of 3 Thursdays.

i.e. Week one Monday - Saturday

Week two Monday - Saturday with Thursday off

Week three Monday - Friday with Saturday off

and repeat.


Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities

The Role:
Client and customer liaison in the fast-paced world of house and flat lettings. Maintaining and updating the customer database. Telephone and digital marketing of property to customers; arranging and accompanying appointments and viewings; providing feedback to clients.

Handling offers and negotiation from viewing through to tenancy paperwork; transaction handling and support including supporting documentation and quality control and supporting the Lettings Manager to achieve set targets.

The Lettings Manager


Qualifications and Education Requirements
A Level passes. Microsoft products. Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with both landlords and tenants.


Preferred Skills
Letting Agency experience at negotiator level is mandatory, good general computer knowledge, organised, well presented, clearly spoken and diligent. Good communicator with drive and enthusiasm. Full UK driving license essential to this role. Understanding of Harrow-on-the-Hill would be beneficial but not essential.
