One Property are working on a search for an entry level, leasehold block management administrator based in Brighton, East Sussex.

My client offers a very warming and supportive office setup where you will join a team of experienced individuals who all have a passion for achieving success within the leasehold management sector.

This role is an opportunity for you to start from the bottom and grow with the sector.

You will be assigned to work closely with the senior property management team, which is an excellent opportunity to gain front line property management exposure from experienced individuals and allow you to learn on the job.

You will oversee the following core duties;

Assisting the senior property manager with the management of the wider portfolio
Dealing with clients as the first point of contact for enquiries
Supporting with the financial management with close support from the accounts team
Ensuring the office admin is kept up to date and well organised
Attending site visits with other team members

612 months property administration experience
