I am working with an exciting client in the Fin-tech space looking to bring in a talented, reliable Customer Support Agent to serve as the first point of contact for their customers.
This client have created a world class platform focused on improving theexperience of personal investors, and you will be helping to provide industry leading support for a platform that will give customers the support they need to make informed decisions.
Ideally you will have the following experience:
- Customer support or similar customer facing role
- Curious & Enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills
- Have an interest in the financial sector
- Hybrid/Remote working
- 5% employer pension contributions
