Part Time Receptionist Wanted - Aztec West

Pay Rate:
£10.50phr

Hours: 9AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday

Immediate Start

Adecco are currently recruiting for a receptionist on behalf of our client based in Aztec West. Our client are looking for someone to cover their busy reception desk on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for some part time morning work with strong customer service skills.

Duties:

Greeting visitors and signing them in and out
Escorting visitors through to meeting rooms
Booking meeting rooms and updating the availability
Serving teas and coffees to visitors and replenishing refreshments
Other general reception duties when required

The Individual:

Strong customer service skills
Organised and efficient
Able to work as part of a team
Knowledge of the Microsoft systems
Attention to detail
