Working week:
Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5.15pm (1 hour lunch break)


Main duties of the role include:

• Process new sales leads and opportunities, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
• Answer phone calls and interact with clients as needed, providing a professional and courteous experience.
• Assist customers within our showroom, offering guidance and information on our products.
• Monitor and update the company CRM database to ensure accurate and uptodate information.
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing enquiries and directing calls appropriately.
• Maintain a high level of aftersales service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering longterm relationships.
• Manage client complaints in accordance with established procedures, resolving issues in a professional manner.

• Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines if required.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.

• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative, as well as collaborating within the Sales Team.
• Ideally have an interest in sport and sportswear.

Requirements:

• GCSE in English at grade A-C
• A qualification in Business with be desirable but not essential.
