You'll facilitate the day to day running of the Fire Stopping Remediation Project ensuring that properties are inspected and remediated within the timeframe set out on the project.


Job Purpose


To ensure our homes are as safe as they can be, we are looking for someone who can coordinate an inspection and remediation project.


  • You will build effective working relationships between our contractors, developers and customers to ensure that work is completed to a high standard.
  • Collating data, updating reports and providing insights to help make decisions is a key part of this role so you will be using inhouse systems as well as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • In this role you will be facilitating the day to day running of the Remediation project ensuring that properties are inspected and remediated within the timeframe set out on the project.
  • Acting at the "go to person" you'll be working with our customers, contractor's, developers, and customers to ensure that work is completed to a high standard.
  • This role involves responding to customers and colleague quickly and efficiently, whilst working with colleagues across the business to resolve any issues arising.
  • You will work closely with customers who have more complex needs so that we can gain access to their homes with mínimal disruption possible.
  • Own and be point of contact for the relationship between Sovereign, our inspection contractors, and property developers holding regular meetings or calls between all parties involved.
  • Responding to customer or colleague queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Collate individual property reports and update property records and provide reports on progress of inspections & remedial works.
  • Raise and process purchase orders and ensure invoices are paid on time.
  • Work with Communications Team to complete customer communication campaigns/programmes.
  • Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to Sovereign's corporate objectives.
  • Observe and comply with Sovereign's policies and procedures and observe and continually promote equality and inclusion and customer care in compliance with organisational aims and objectives.
