Description
Office is based in Ibrox.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Credit control.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Invoices account payable/receivable.
  • Payments.
  • Management of petty cash.
  • Filing of VAT returns.
You will be expected to cover the following during busy periods and holidays:

  • Property viewings/inspections in Glasgow area.
  • Logging repairs.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in using a range of software packages for word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Combination of literacy, numeracy and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Good team worker but can also work to own initiative.
  • Experience in prioritising tasks.
  • Can work well under pressure.
A full driving license and your own car is essential for this role. Your car must be LEZ approved.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£11.43-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
