Office is based in Ibrox.Day to day duties will include:
- Credit control.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Invoices account payable/receivable.
- Payments.
- Management of petty cash.
- Filing of VAT returns.
- Property viewings/inspections in Glasgow area.
- Logging repairs.
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in using a range of software packages for word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Combination of literacy, numeracy and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good team worker but can also work to own initiative.
- Experience in prioritising tasks.
- Can work well under pressure.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
£11.43-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
