As part of Caring Personal Assistant ethos we believes that's important to match the correct care assistant to the correct service user to optimise the relationships formed and ensure consistency.

We offer a free comprehensive training programme, which includes a paid induction and experience shadowing more senior colleagues for a hands on experience.

Due to expansion we currently have a position for blocked hours (2 x 5 hours shifts between 10am to 3pm) with a Single Service User based in Rotherham.

Key responsibilities:

To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards.
To ensure our Service Users retain their dignity and individuality.
Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting our Service User with personal care, medication administration and all other aspects of daily living.
Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of our Service Users
Assist our Service Users with getting out and about promoting their independence
Perform light housekeeping tasks
Encourage Service Users to participate in social and recreational activities.

Pay & Benefits

Your basic rate of pay is £12.00 an hour
Enhanced rate for nonmoved bank holidays is £18.00 an hour
Contracted weekly hours of your choice
Joining bonus scheme £ 250 (terms and conditions apply)
