ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a Student Mentor in the Foundation's Engage inclusion programme.
Assisting with planning of the Engage programme.
Complete progression passports with students identifying their next steps and goal setting.
The ability to communicate and conduct professional relationships with children, young people, and adults.
Completing daily student reports, writing, and corresponding with schools and external professionals
Leading sports delivery and supporting our young people.
Creating an environment where young people are able to succeed.
Understand how to safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people.
Driving license essential

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Ability to communicate and conduct professional relationships with children, young people, and adults.
Understand how to safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people.
Ability to build strong relationships, work as a team as well as using your own initiative.
Experience of working with young people, ideally those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Strong communication skills with both adults and young people.
Committed to demonstrating the highest standards of delivery to our young people.
Positive mindset, reliable and resilient.

18 months experience of working with young people (E)

Premiership Rugby

Safeguarding L2/3) (D)
Prevent Training (D)
First aid (D)
Team Teach (D)
L2 Coaching (D)
Mental health first aid (D)

OTHER
There is the option with this role to be Part time (40 weeks/year term time) or full time (52weeks/year)

A full, clean driving license held for more than 6 months is essential.
