NHS SBS are currently recruiting a Business Information and Support Officer role within the service management team.

The Service Management Team is a new function within Employment Services, which has been established to improve communication and services to our customers.

This role is to provide administrative, and data analysis and presentation support to the Service Management team to ensure an effective Service Management function.


What you'll be doing:


  • The provision of a fully comprehensive support service to the Service Management Team, including administrative processes and procedures and data collation.
  • Maintaining centralised records for the Service Management team. For example, client communications, service manager allocation sheet, internal distribution lists, action plans.
  • Collating, manipulating and presenting data from internal systems for internal and external meetings.
  • Responsible for creating insight reports for each customer
  • Undertaking special projects, determining the appropriate administrative approach, compiling, and analyzing data and preparing reports with recommendations.
  • Undertake analysis work on behalf of designated managers, for example preparation of NPS report, research, summarising of documents and information collation.

What you'll bring:


  • Recent admin experience working within a busy office environment.
  • Producing and manipulating data
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to work effectively with senior managers and other professionals
  • Ability to compile, analyse and present information to a senior level
Good organisational skills-ability to organise effectively own workload and that of others, achieving goals and deadlines

Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
