Job Description Countrywide Surveying Services operates one of the largest, most trusted property surveying and valuation practices in the UK. The Role:

Due to increased business and future growth plans we are seeking RICS qualified Residential Surveyors with a keen eye for risk and looking to utilise their experience in lender valuations and Homebuyer Reports.

Our surveying services business is leading the way in technological advances within the property industry and coupled this with our strong people focus, there has never been a more exciting time to join us.

You will be an integral part of our business, using industry leading technology to undertake mortgage valuations, home buyer inspections and condition reports on a wide range of residential property types and styles.

You will be primarily home based whilst covering a variety of locations within your local region. You will be the first point of call in the risk assessment of properties for secured loan purposes.

Providing survey and valuation advice directly to the buying public, whilst assisting clients to make informed decisions on whether a property is suitable for purchase and/or mortgage purposes with an emphasis on quality.

Who we're looking for:

You will be an experienced Chartered or Associate member of the RICS and will be an RICS Registered Valuer with the ability to demonstrate a proven claims free track record.

Have a naturally methodical and professional approach towards the role. Whilst being able to perform your role in line with our strong company and people focused values of Responsible, Personal, Straightforward, and Passionate
