We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at James St. Restaurant.

James St. Restaurant is one of Belfast's best restaurants serving great food, unparalleled service, culinary creativity, and exquisite wines. Located in Belfast City centre, minutes away from Belfast's Grand Opera House and many 4 & 5* hotels.

Key Areas of Responsibility

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Manager and lead the Front of House team within the restaurant, with an ability to train and develop a team.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service.

You are confident in handling calls, recording bookings, and dealing with requests and have a good understanding of cash handling and stock control procedures.

Training will be provided using our systems and procedures in place.

You will need to have excellent organisational, communication and outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating a memorable customer experience to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved.

Also, you will need to be a team player, with a positive attitude to work.

A minimum of at least two year's previous Restaurant Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
