Credit Controller - London, United Kingdom - Rhodium
Description
The Role
A client facing role, reporting to Directors and Senior Property Managers (PM)_, _you will be responsible for building relationships internally and externally to maximise cash flow and collecting funds by engaging effectively with Rhodium residents.
You will be responsible for managing the credit control function, maintaining healthy cash flow, and minimising debt across the Rhodium portfolio.
- Query resolution and credit note processing, resolving disputes efficiently
- Sales ledger account reconciliations
- Providing support to the accounts team and senior PM team when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller
- Confident, client facing telephone manner
- Experience in working with VIP clients
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple client accounts
- Proactive approach to collections and developing positive relationships with residents
- Team player who is happy to work within a team and add value during busy periods
- Strong excel skills, ledger production, statement production and formal reporting (internal and external) experience
- Attention to detail and highlevel accuracy in numerical data
9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
