Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on HRrelated issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in HR or a related field preferred.
