We have an opportunity for a Special Situations Executive to join us to proactively manage a personal portfolio of smaller equity investments which have been identified as being at risk.
As the first point of contact for these investments, you will contribute to appropriate action plans to maximise returns to the Development Bank of Wales from the TVI and PDT investment portfolios.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will build and maintain close working relationships with equity portfolio companies and undertake direct monitoring activities.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with experience of working in a financial or similar numerate environment and ideally a relevant professional qualification.
With strong attention to detail, you will have awareness or experience of analysingfinancial information and the ability to take a longer term, strategic view.
Results focused, you will have experience of unlisted equity investment or management of directly held share-holdings in SMEs.A full Driving Licence essential for this position
