Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a specialist national provider of utilities in their search for a Retest Sales Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a professional and enthusiastic team within an excellent company.


The key responsibilities:


  • Talking with customers and clients via telephone to book retests for electrical appliances
  • Effective use of Sage CRM systems to call through existing clients regarding retests
  • Achieving target number of phone calls and time on phones in a working day
  • Maintaining regular contact with companies and following up on all activities in accordance with Company Procedures to the point of placement of an order
  • Supporting Senior Administrators by providing accurate data in support of each new order
  • Liaise with sales and other departments to maintain clear communication
  • Attend sales training courses where necessary
  • Report to Sales Manager either formally or informally on a daily/weekly basis as required
  • Support Account Managers regarding the follow up of New Business sales prospect to ensure crossselling of the companies services

Requirements:


  • Previous customer service background
  • Confidence working on phones with excellent telephone manner
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organisation skills
The salary is starting from £18,000 to £21,000 with a potential performance bonus of up to £3-5,000 a year

The hours would be Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.

£18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cheltenham, Gloucestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
