My client based in Swaffham is looking for a Accounts Executive to join their Finance team.

My client is looking for someone who is AAT level 3 Qualified and has worked in a similar role previously.


This role is suitable for someone who is organised, looking for progression and is wanting to join a fast paced business that is going through a big growth period.


Responsibilities Include:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Purchase order approval up to a defined approval limit, outstanding purchase order
Management and tracking of invoices submitted with no PO

  • Negative debtor management in line with company policy and overpayment return management.
  • Credit note approval up to a defined approval limit.
  • Preparing supplier payment runs
  • PAYE, VAT & Corporation Tax payments
  • Ad-Hoc payments to suppliers
  • Management of asset financing
  • Reconciliation of company bank accounts
  • Reconciliation of company credit cards
  • Checking & approving contract invoicing
  • Checking & approving adhoc invoices
  • Producing month end invoices
  • Expenses checking and processing.
  • Supplier inbox management and uploading of supplier invoices to accounting system for approval including creation of new supplier accounts.
  • Purchase ledger checks and management.
  • Posting of accruals and prepayments journals
  • Expense reallocation
  • Supporting Accounts & Admin manager in other duties
The working hours for this role is Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. Company offers excellent holiday allowance and benefits.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
