An exciting opportunity has become available to join our ENT Team.

We are looking for a reliable, dynamic and enthusiastic person with a high standard of organisational skills to line manage our efficient secretarial service and friendly team.

The post holder will need to be engaging, and compassionate, with a good attention to detail and able to use their own initiative.

The successful applicant will be joining a highly motivated and effective team who strive to ensure patient care is at the forefront of our service.

Manage and monitor patients through their treatment pathway ensuring compliance to RTT, cancer pathways and local waiting time standards.
Provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and additional support to consultants and their teams.
Linking with operational management team to ensure that RTT, Cancer and EPR letter performance standards are met.
Key liaison between the Trust and outsourced dictation services, or voice recognition services, for the majority of clinical administration.
Work in a team based secretarial service providing support for each other and ensuring continuity of the service.
Act as a key point of liaison between patients, GPs, other staff and outside agencies.
