Business Development Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our client based in Ascot.
The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new opportunities in new, existing and lapsed customers
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of qualified leads, understanding requirements to enable a targeted proposal
  • Maximising the contract value of all sales engagements, using the company product pricing policy
  • Preparing, arranging and carrying out high quality on brand presentations to new customers
  • Continuously collaborating with the wider sales & marketing team to support the development of value propositions
  • Providing data led, and objective forecasting
  • Working with the Lead Generation team by using your own insight and knowledge to build up a list of targeted prospective customers

The Business Development Manager will have:

  • A proven track record of success within a new business development role in IT,
  • Experience in selling into the Enterprise segment
  • Able to demonstrate a natural product mindset, offering valueadd customer solutions.
  • Skilled presentation skills, able to adapt approach to suit a wideranging customer base
  • Strong negotiation skills, responsive and creative in delivery
  • Works well under pressure, able to make good judgements, decisions and meet conflicting deadlines
