Project Support Assistant - Manchester, United Kingdom - Bryson Skye

My client is one of the largest privately owned property companies in the country.Working primarily from their Manchester City Centre Office, they are looking to make an addition to their Commercial Property Team, in the form of a Project Support Assistant on a temporary basis.
My client are embarking on a new and exciting project to reposition one of our principal office buildings in Manchester city centre.
The Role
- Scheduling, coordinating and attending Core Project Team meetings (Weekly
- Every Friday) on site (Manchester city centre) and working from the project site for the remainder of the day on project related tasks.
- Scheduling, coordinating and attending an internal client meeting (Monthly
- Thursday) at head office, Alderley Edge.
- Working with the lead Leasing Director to prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, and minutes and issuing to the Core Project Team in accordance with target schedules.
- Ensure the project site meeting areas are set up and ready for each project meeting and the facilities stocked with relevant supplies from refreshments to personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Be the friendly face to meet and greet the Core Project Team at project meetings and ensure refreshments are on hand and served as required. On occasion this may require the coordination of external catering.
- Coordinate project information for the client for internal reporting purposes.
- Coordinate project information between the client and the project team.
The Person
- Be able to work well as part of a team, be personable and have excellent communication skills.
- Have excellent time management skills and be able to work to key project timescales.
- Be able to work independently as required.
- Previous experience within the property industry would be advantageous.
Salary and Benefits
Generous base salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 pro rata plus fantastic company benefits including ongoing development and support, free onsite parking, ample holiday allowance, Christmas shut down, generous company pension, and more.
