    Job Title:

    Demand Planning / Order Fulfillment Manager

    Summary:

    The Demand Planning / Order Fulfillment Manager oversees the Demand Planning process and ensures timely order fulfillment to meet customer requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop accurate demand plans by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather inputs and insights for demand forecasting.
    • Utilize demand planning software/tools to generate forecasts and monitor accuracy.
    • Identify and analyze demand patterns, seasonality, and other factors impacting demand variability.
    • Provide input for production and procurement plans based on demand forecasts.
    • Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Monitor order status and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
    • Communicate order updates, delays, or changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the Global Logistics team to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
    • Track order fulfillment metrics, such as order cycle time and on-time delivery and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage 3PL relationships within the respective cluster
    • Manage Logistics arrangements to and from CMOs within the regions
    • Drive new Contract sign-offs and renewals with 3PL and other service providers
    • Track, review and manage key metrics for 3PL Logistics & Distribution
    • Manage escalations from 3PLs, related to Supply Chain elements
    • Ensure Trade compliance in the region
    • Track Vendor payments and escalate in case of issues

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in Demand Planning, Order Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
    • Proficiency in using demand planning software/tools and ERP systems.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
