A leading national business advisory firm is looking for a proactive Business Development Administrator with a high level of initiative and accountability to join their team in London on a 3 month fixed-term-contract.

This role is offered on both a full-timeand part-time basis.


Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the role holder will play a key part in assisting the London BD team to support Partners in confidently winning new business and retaining existing clients.

You will conduct research to support business intelligenceinitiatives, gathering and analysing data from internal and external resources to inform BD strategy and campaigns, and will collate and compile data from across the martech stack, assisting with the preparation of business development reports to facilitatelead generation practices.

The Business Development Administrator will support the firm's client programme, assist the team in preparing engaging, high-quality proposal and pitch documents and support BD campaigns to create new business opportunities, by activelymonitoring and reporting on progress to ensure goals are met and actions are delivered within the agreed timeframes.

The successful applicant will also work closely with the CEO to ensure his BD activities are tracked onto internal systems and proactivelyreviewing his calendar to ensure engagements are fully supported and prepped by the BD team.

In addition, you will be responsible for data capture of local BD activity on the firm's CRM system, maintaining and updating local content libraries and assistingin the delivery of BD led events.
