***We have a very exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the team of a highly successful, award winning, family run multi-franchise group dealership that have been running since 1995.

Day to day as a service advisor

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Booking vehicles into the diary in the workshop
  • Liaising with the team to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at scheduled time
  • Carrying out reminder calls to customers for postvisit follow ups and regular maintenance
  • Sourcing replacement parts to enable vehicle repairs
  • On occasion helping with the collection and or delivery of customer vehicles
  • Producing quotations and invoices

What you will need

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a service advisor
  • Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
