Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team as a Forensic and Customer Service Executive.Summary
You will assist our customers, suppliers and funders and help provide resolutions to complaints and queries
Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivering customer service in line with "best practice"
- Providing a point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with this to a successful resolution
- Taking responsibility for the complaint's diary
- Liaising with customers to reinstate lapsed Direct Debit mandates
- Checking against internal policies to identify and ensure against any potential fraudulent activity, including the checking of identification
- Completing checks on the suppliers and contacting them to confirm invoice details
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to deal with difficult situations
- Great attention to detail
- Proven drive and enthusiasm
- Good telephone manner
Package and benefits
- £20,000, average £2,500 a year bonus paid monthly
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday Thursday 9am5:30pm, Friday 9am5pm
