Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team as a Forensic and Customer Service Executive.


Summary
You will assist our customers, suppliers and funders and help provide resolutions to complaints and queries


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Delivering customer service in line with "best practice"
  • Providing a point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with this to a successful resolution
  • Taking responsibility for the complaint's diary
  • Liaising with customers to reinstate lapsed Direct Debit mandates
  • Checking against internal policies to identify and ensure against any potential fraudulent activity, including the checking of identification
  • Completing checks on the suppliers and contacting them to confirm invoice details

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence to deal with difficult situations
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proven drive and enthusiasm
  • Good telephone manner

Package and benefits
- £20,000, average £2,500 a year bonus paid monthly

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday Thursday 9am5:30pm, Friday 9am5pm
  • Free parking
