The Role:


Joining Elis as our Reward Manager will mean you get the opportunity to influence and drive change in a business with over 5,500 employees here in the UK.

You will partner with our Senior Leadership team to ensure our strategies and programmes are alignedwith our compensation philosophy and organisation values.


It is key that our policies and programmes are designed so that they are compelling, competitive, and utilise knowledge of an ever-changing talent landscape.

We need you to identify trends, and market needs and continually bring new ideas to the businessso that Elis is meeting the needs of our valuable workforce.


Your background


The successful Reward Manager will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a Compensations & Benefits role previously, and ideally in an organisation that has a complex structure and a diverse matrix of benefits and employee incentives.


You'll be a strong fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

  • Expert technical compensation and benefit knowledge
  • Detailed technical knowledge of reward combined with knowledge of HR policy best practice
  • Proven strategic focus with ability to translate into practical implementation
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience handling multiple projects and requests simultaneously
