Overview


2fawcett are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant, to join a finance team at a Construction company located in Leeds on a permanent, full time basis.


The Role & Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant:

  • Invoice processing
  • Cash books
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Invoicing, daily and monthly
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Dealing with customer accounts queries
  • Daily bookkeeping duties
  • Assisting with chasing overdue payments
  • Keeping financial records up to date
  • Financial data entry

Requirements of the Accounts Assistant:


  • Microsoft Excel knowledge essential
  • Attention to detail
  • CIS experience is advantageous
  • Confident user of accounting packages
  • Accounting qualification desirable but not required
  • Qualified by experience considered too

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £29,000.00 per year
