About the role:
The position is paying circa £25,000, depending on level of experience.
Monday to Friday, office based hours per week.
Parking on site

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Credit Control of Ledger
  • Cash posting and allocations for ledger
  • Post of receipts
  • Cash Book maintenance for all banks
  • Cash Book entries for all companies on for all bank accounts on
  • Download transactions and enter onto cash books
  • Check for payments going into the incorrect bank accounts and action accordingly
  • Produce weekly reports for all banks showing any transactions that have not been actioned and follow up
  • Ensure all unallocated cash reports are checked on a weekly basis to include Suspense account / Unallocated cash Euro / Unallocated cash GBP
  • Take credit card payments and log as required
  • Complete EOD reconciliation on credit card machine reconcile transaction with physical receipts
  • Raise any Pro-Forma's that are received into the credit control inbox
  • Ad Hoc tasks as and when required
Essential Skills

  • At least 3 years proven credit control and sales ledger experience, preferably within a multisite organisation.
  • High level of accuracy and excellent numeracy skills.
  • Good communication skills to deal with questions from customers, depots and other team members.
  • A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
