Description

We are recruiting for an Ecommerce Administrator join a luxury, retail fashion brand, based in beautiful offices in the Hemel Hempstead area.

This role will be supporting the Ecommerce team with all related administration duties.

Responsibility for managing the day to day running of all marketplace activity, to ensure ongoing revenue growth and increasing profitability of this key area of the business.

Salary:
Up to £30k, dependent on experience

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, NO HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating all spreadsheets to ensure optimisation of all marketplace catalogues

Assist in trading activities across marketplaces including Next, Debenhams, eBay, La Redoute

Constantly updating product information reports which enable appropriate action to be taken to boost revenue and profitability

Build & maintain relationships with our marketplace partners & account managers to optimise performance and create opportunities

Run weekly and ad hoc reporting and data analysis to identify and escalate areas of under and over performance

Monitor core marketplace KPIs including data quality and fulfilment SLAs and escalate and resolve performance issues

Support launches of new marketplaces

Manage a continuous programme of product information uploads, content creation and SEO across all marketplaces

Build effective working relationships with key departments - Buying, Merchandising, Web Content, Ecommerce, Finance and Distribution

What the employer is looking for:
Strong administration skills with the ability to work to deadlines

Confident analysing and manipulating data with good knowledge of Excel

Ideally experience with stock management systems and web platforms such as Netsuite and Magento

Clearly able to approach and navigate new tasks efficiently

Excited by the generation of new sales and exceeding targets

Embraces and enjoys detail and organised systems and processes

Able to demonstrate a flexible approach and deals well with change

Strong communicator at all levels
