Duties and Responsibilities
- To act as a key point of contact for all HR related queries, providing support and advice to staff, referring to the Trust HR Manager where appropriate.
- To ensure the accurate and timely delivery of administrative services such as formal correspondence to employees relating to terms and conditions of employment and policies/procedures (offer letters, employment contracts, leaver documentation, changes to terms and conditions, etc.)
- To administer the Trust staff benefits package.
- To support in the monitoring, reporting and analysis of key data including but not limited to, induction feedback, staff turnover, gender pay gap data, equality data, etc. as requested by the Trust HR Manager and SLT, providing advice and commentary where appropriate.
- To play a key role in absence management including the inputting of absence on the HR system, weekly reporting and monitoring absence levels.
- To ensure the accurate processing of all holiday and other leave requests submitted by staff.
- To ensure that accurate electronic employee records are maintained in line with data protection legislation and Trust policy.
- To carry out exit interviews with leavers and support in the evaluation of leavers data.
- To carry out maternity risk assessment and administer maternity paperwork.
- To support in the Trust Wellbeing Strategy.
- To assist in adhoc HR projects, driving the continuous improvement of the department.
