Structural Engineer / Surveyor - South Coast
Alpine Surveys are a recognised surveying consultancy, that covers the Midlands and the South of England including Greater London.

We have a professional and experienced team of Surveyors and Engineers covering the geographical area, and we are supported by an enthusiastic and dedicated office based team.

We are looking for a Structural Engineer who is currently suitably based to cover the West Midlands & Midlands region.

The successful team member must have excellent and proven experience in all aspects of structural and building surveys.

This experience must include structural condition surveys, resolving structural issues with both domestic and commercial properties, and the design and calculations of structural amendments to properties, including extensions and the removal of load bearing walls.
Alpine Surveys are a very much recognised and growing consultancy, specialising in all types of property surveys.

Utilising our valuable experience, and the latest in survey technology, we undertake property surveys throughout the Midlands and the South of England including Greater London.

We are totally independent, and are recognised for resolving issues others fail to resolve, and our accuracy and detail.

In addition to Structural Surveys we provide Building Condition Surveys, Damp Surveys, Aerial Surveys, Heat & Energy Loss Surveys and Thermal Imaging Surveys.

Our customer feedback and references on internet systems are testament to our success and level of professionalism and accuracy.

The Engineer must have proven experience in the following fields:

The undertaking of Structural Surveys (both domestic & commercial properties) to resolve structural issues such as cracks and movement.
Undertaking Structural Calculations and Drawings for property amendments and extensions.
Professional and courteous image towards our clients
Be flexible and keen to work with and support our growing team

Requirements:

Degree qualified & ideally Chartered
At least five years structural surveying experience
Keen to be part of an enthusiastic team
An up to date DBS check will be required

In return we are offering the chance to work in our professional and friendly team, and are looking to offer the following package:

Salary between £40,000 to £55,000
