This is a great opportunity to join our Client Delivery Management Team within Marketing Services as a
Client Delivery Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to pursue and develop a career in managing client delivery within a FTSE 50, market leading organisation.
Within the role you will work directly with our wide range of clients to deliver high quality data solutions, working closely with our Go-to-Market sales team and other delivery teams.
Why this role is important to us
Responsibilities will include liaising with our clients to fully understand and gather their data requirements. Building this into specification, collaborating with the wider delivery area to create desired outputs
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
We're looking for someone who has a genuine interest to work in a data process and documentation role within our client delivery function.
Although full training and support will be given, at least two years' experience in similar roles in an operational/data/technical/marketing environment is preferred.

- You will quality check outputs
- Ensure our highquality standards and processes with data are followed and maintained
- Deliver the required outputs to the client and support the relationship
- Manage any ongoing data activities.

- You'll have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to demonstrate professional communication both written and oral
- Strong teamwork, organisational skills and time management along with the ability to multitask
- You'll succeed in this role by being highly motivated and self
