Parts Sales Advisor

Exciting opportunity for a full time / permanent Parts Sales Advisor.

Dyce, Aberdeen

£9.50 - £11.00 per hour depending upon experience

Our client is a salvage and vehicle recycling company in Dyce, Aberdeen. This is an established family owned business growing organically and by acquisition.


This is a great place to work and the team now requires an enthusiastic and motivated Parts Sales Advisor to work in their busy reception, at the yard in Dyce, Aberdeen, one of the UK's leading vehicle recycling and green parts facilities.

Full training and support will be provided in this Part Sales Advisor role.

More about the role and what we need from you


The main purpose of this role is to provide admin support, selling of parts, and maintaining an excellent level of customer service.

The main duties of the role can be summarised as follows:

  • Mixing parts admin / sales, you will be learning and contributing every day to the department
  • Handling inbound parts requests and identifying suitable parts from our inhouse database.
  • Qualify parts by using PL24 (Partslink 24) and other parts catalogue.
  • Quoting and selling parts into the B2B market via our online portal.
  • To respond to customer in a professional manner and to adhere to the service level agreement set.
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service levels within the portal and online chat function.
  • Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Pricing of parts, processing customer orders, invoicing and cash sales
