Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team.As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to maximize sales.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Your key responsibilities will be:
- Department category planning by season
- Forecast season sales in line with stock position / intake
- Lead weekly trade meetings, providing insight into sales and stock, proposing key trading and stock management actions
- Weekly reporting on a variety of KPI'S.
- Build relationships across the business including finance and the design teams.
- Play key roles in company meetings such as seasonal strategies, range builds & sign offs.
- Implement new ways of working / processes

Skill Set:
- Advanced excel skills, ability to manipulate data and build reports
- Experience with stock management systems
- Confident presenter
- Flexibility in ways of working
- Strong leadership skills
Required experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the merchandising function
- Preferable experience within Fashion
- Not vital but beneficial to have worked on wholesale models

£16,756.73-£42,489.68 per year
