Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner to maximize sales.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.


Your key responsibilities will be:

• Department category planning by season
• Forecast season sales in line with stock position / intake
• Lead weekly trade meetings, providing insight into sales and stock, proposing key trading and stock management actions
• Weekly reporting on a variety of KPI'S.
• Build relationships across the business including finance and the design teams.
• Play key roles in company meetings such as seasonal strategies, range builds & sign offs.
• Implement new ways of working / processes

Skill Set:

• Advanced excel skills, ability to manipulate data and build reports
• Experience with stock management systems
• Confident presenter
• Flexibility in ways of working
• Strong leadership skills

Required experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the merchandising function
• Preferable experience within Fashion
• Not vital but beneficial to have worked on wholesale models

£16,756.73-£42,489.68 per year
