TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in

Bellshill, ML4 3NJ. They are looking for an experienced

Contract Administrator / Help Desk Operator to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team on a

temp to perm basis.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent communication skills, including answering telephone calls, communicating with Engineers, Customers, suppliers and subcontractors as and when required
  • Assigning work to soft services providers to ensure all consumables, waste, window cleaning, pest control, contractual obligations are met fully
  • Collating meter readings, chasing engineers for completion, and associated reporting
  • Daily reactive reporting to the client
  • Assigning subcontractor reactive work orders to the relevant subcontractor
  • Ensuring Subcontractor Planner is accurately maintained at all times
  • Completion of the monthly client performance dashboard report
  • Raising Purchase Orders and receipting invoices with meticulous attention to detail
  • Problem solving assisting with operational problems and finding a resolution through CAFM systems, Coupa, SAP, Magellan etc
  • Assisting the Account Manager with all aspects of the operation including but not limited to booking travel, organising meetings, completing spreadsheets and writing performance reports.
  • Proficient IT skills: with the ability to use various computer packages proficiently, including, SAP, Planon, Coupa, Word and Excel. (Training on SAP/Planon & Coupa). Also accessing and updating Customers Portals
  • Other administrative duties as required to support business needs

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00


Pay:
£12.61 Per Hour


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Basware, Coupa & Planon) desirable
  • Demonstrate good team working ability with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritise workload and requests
  • Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image
  • Experience of purchasing and managing supplier delivery
  • Technical knowledge within the M&E industry desirable but not essential
  • Health and safety awareness
