Key Responsibilities:


  • Build, develop, and lead a new sales team, focusing on the marking and coding or packaging industry
  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive company growth in these sectors
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close deals with major customers in the marking, coding, and packaging industries
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve targets
  • Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Identify new customer opportunities and market trends within these industries
  • Align the sales team with the latest technology and developments in marking, coding, and packaging
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand and product alignment
  • Foster a successful and goaloriented sales culture

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in building and managing sales teams
  • Extensive experience in the marking and coding or packaging industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer service orientation
  • Effective leadership, communication, and team management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with problemsolving skills
  • Availability to travel as necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

£43,583.41-£80,000.00 per year
