Description
We are urgently seeking Maintenance Technicians for our Student Accommodation client based Wembley, London.

This is ongoing until the client recruit permanently. £14.50ph PAYE.

No CSCS required and no Tools required.

Duties include

  • General repairs and maintenance tasks to include painting, basic plumbing, carpentry
  • Carrying out weekly, monthly and yearly PPM checks
  • Ensuring overall appearance of building(s), grounds and equipment is maintained
  • Moving furniture and heavy items from location to location on site as required
  • Replenish stocks, spares and supplies

Requirements:


  • Maintenance, Fabric Engineer, Handyperson or Caretaker experience
  • Experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment
  • Understanding of risk assessments and PPM
  • Strong team player
  • Helpful and friendly personality with a flexible approach
  • Good communication and customer service skills
