Wire Person

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to -5 p.m., (40 hours per week) with the requirement of some flexibility

Salary:
per hour, DOE

Please note that this position is Office Based.

The Person:

We are looking for someone who is practical and likes to work with their hands and is able to read electrical schematics ad wiring diagrams, in order to assemble and wire electrical panels.

Full training provided, possibility of apprenticeship.

In order to be successful for this role, we are looking for:

Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Ability to wire electrical equipment for industrial machinery
Knowledge of tools and instruments of the trade
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Precision and attention to detail
Strong manual skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Building electrical panels and installing electrical wiring and connections in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
Building control panels from wiring schematics
Testing and inspecting installations to ensure functionality
Preventive and unplanned maintenance of electrical systems
Electrical fault diagnosis
Repairing faults in wiring and electrical components
Wiring of industrial electrical equipment
Other adhoc duties as required
