Assembly Engineer

Calne, Wiltshire

£27,000 Per Annum
Our client, is looking for an Assembly Technician to join their growing team


Assembly Engineer Responsibilities:


  • Work from technical drawings
  • Assemble units including fitting guards, switches, hoses and gearboxes
  • Provide fault finding and testing on products
  • Provide maintenance to products which are faulty
  • Work with pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Assemble and clean components ready for shipment
  • Complete all necessary paperwork

The Ideal Assembly Engineer will have:

  • Relevant manufacturing/engineering level 3 or equivalent NVQ qualification
  • Good hydraulic and assembly skills
  • Experience of using a variety of hydraulic, electric and manual tools
  • Experience working within a production environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Experience using a variety of hydraulic, electric and manual tools
