SF have partnered with an organisation in Solihull who are recruiting a Senior (internal) Recruiter on a contract basis initially for 12 months.

They are a fantastic organisation with a lovely HR/Recruitment team, and they work a hybrid working model.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as recruitment partner for directors, hiring managers, and stakeholders of all levels
  • Ensuring an effective and efficient recruitment process and recruiting the best talent possible
  • Supporting a range of business areas including Customer facing roles, IT, Commercial, External Relations, People, and Mortgages
  • Taking full ownership of vacancies from start to finish
  • Working closely with business areas to continuously improve the service
  • Supporting with creating job adverts and advising on advertising platforms
  • Supporting with interviews and assessments
